At Velyforme, we want your delivery experience to be as comfortable as your shopping experience. Here is what to expect when you order.
Free shipping, with no minimum order
All orders include free shipping, regardless of the dispatch warehouse. There is no minimum order value, no hidden shipping costs, and no surprises on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prioritised on the next business day.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 6–9 business days.
These are estimates. Any delivery commitment or remedy required by applicable consumer law remains in effect.
Order tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also visit Track My Order to check its progress.
Check your delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout to help prevent avoidable delays.
When your order arrives
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can help. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
