Return period
You may return your item within 60 days of delivery. If a longer money-back guarantee was advertised for your product when you ordered, that longer guarantee continues to apply.

Email contact@tryvelyforme.com to request return instructions. Please include your order number.
Return conditions
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept used items, items damaged after delivery, items with missing parts, or personalised or custom-made items under this voluntary policy. These conditions do not limit any applicable statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Return shipping costs
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or damaged, Velyforme covers the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We assess returns within 2–3 business days after receiving them. Refund processing takes 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Where our fit guarantee was advertised with your purchase, we will exchange an incorrect size for the correct size free of charge. Email contact@tryvelyforme.com for help. For other change-of-mind exchanges, please return the item and place a new order. Any applicable statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Damaged or faulty items
Please report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery so we can help promptly. This request does not remove or shorten your statutory rights if a fault is discovered or reported later.

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@tryvelyforme.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable, UK distance-selling cancellation rights and Australian and New Zealand consumer guarantees apply in addition to our voluntary policy. Any applicable Canadian provincial or territorial rights and US state or federal rights also remain unaffected.
